Standard shipping will take approximately 1o-14 working days.
Delivery time frames are only approximates. The Bags purchased could arrive earlier or later, depending on the postal/customs. We will not be responsible for any postal and/or customs delays that are beyond our control.
Insurance is also available upon request.

Yes, all our Bags are 100% authentic. We only deal with authorized dealers and outlet stores. Also, all our Bags are backed with 100% money back guarantee on authenticity issues.
How can I tell if they are authentic?
You can always tell an authentic bag from a fake. Anyhow, please feel free to verify the authenticity of the Bags as you may without damaging the Bags or the packaging. Please note the time frame for returns on authenticity issues below.
Do you accept refunds?
We offer Money back guarantee on Authenticity within four (4) days. Other than issues of authenticity, all sales are FINAL. Please note that the money back guarantee on Authenticity issues would only apply if the Bags are in the same condition as they were when delivered to you. The Bags must not be damage or their condition must not be compromised in any manner whatsoever.

Credit Card Payments: Thru paypal, you DO NOT need to be registered to pay thru PAYPAL. Just follow the instructions

* We accept Paypal with a 4% surcharge imposed.
*If we have the items in hand, we will state the same and you can then bank in the FULL amount or opt for two (2) monthly installments. If you opt for the two (2) monthly installments, we will only mail your item once full payment has been received (installments have been completed).
Once you have emailed us your confirmed order, no changes or cancellations will be entertained. All sales are FINAL.
